Hiring Chef
CHEF MASAKAN INDONESIA
Persyaratan: Min SMU, 40 Tahun, pengalaman 3 tahun, masakan Indonesia, mengerti masakan Nasi goreng, Nasi tumpeng, Mie ayam, bakso, Siomay, Rendang, gulai2, dll (sebagian akan dipelajari di resto kami)
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deskripsi pekerjaan: Jam kerja antara 8 AM – 11PM straight and shift jam kerja per hari 9 jam
Persiapan buffet food in the morning (most food are indonesian food, eg rendang, kikil, bakso, batagor, gorengan)
Preparation on orders ala cart order (Nasi, mie goreng, mie bakso, kangkung, sate, sate padang, Nasi kuning periodically dll)
Responsible on goods stock management (For experience level)
Monitoring expiry dates, and labelling expiry dates
Entering data on food safety and quality online
cleaning cooking area and stock area
REWARDS:
Health Insurance, 1 day off/week, 30 days off/year. Contract minimum 2 tahun renewable. joining, return ticket/contract, and end of contract plus end of service benefit.
